Susan (she/her) is one of the original CEG counselors, bringing a powerhouse career in admissions and counseling that spans 4 decades. She has navigated every corner of the admissions landscape, from guiding American and international students applying to highly selective research universities and liberal arts colleges, to fine and performing arts programs, test-optional institutions, and disability support programs. A recognized industry leader, Susan was a founding board member of the Character Collaborative, championing the use of personal qualities in applications. Her expertise is backed by years of leadership with organizations like the College Board, Common App, and NACAC. Susan is a true counselor at heart who loves helping students and parents launch authentic, strategic college searches.
